When we hear so many stories of the difficulty people have in getting through to their surgeries and the subsequent long waits for appointments, we feel incredibly lucky to have Saxonbury House Surgery. Although you might have to wait for your call to be annswered, it will be answered and invariably an appointment is possible (Phone or face-to-face) that same day. It is an extremely well run and efficient surgery .We have always been very happy with the treatment we have received from everyone there. Thank you Saxonbury House Mike and Jane Tilbury | ||||||

I have been a patient for over 15 years. I see one particular doctor who always goes above and beyond. They take the time to listen despite being extremely busy and they know me and my medical issues extremely well and they genuinely care about my well-being . I am beyond grateful for their continued care of me, especially when they are also continuing the brilliant job of vaccinations. When I have seen other doctors their care has also been very good and the receptionists go out of way to assist me if I have an issue. I feel lucky to be a patient at this practice. | ||||||

I am on holiday in this area and in a lot of pain. I rang and waited 22 mins, just one caller it said then I was put to switchboard, waited again. Told they would check as possibly out of area, left for another 8 mins gave up. Thank you. I cried as feel so unwell. | ||||||
