I found most of the doctors do not listen to you ,feels like a cattle market in and out without them listening to you. | ||||||

Missed a day at work to visit the surgery to make appointment, after 5 weeks of wait, because my appointment was not urgent( who knows) on the day was send home because was late 5 (exactly) minutes. My apologies and attempt to explain was ignored. Poor receptionist, she just ruining the business, if there is any! Never seen a doctor, did not call or visit for like 5 years, trough warm and cold weather, pandemic and everything, gave them full credit for the job they do. Poorest management seen so far. On a positive side new appointment was offered. | ||||||

The reception staff, when you get through, and the doctors are all great, But the poor people on reception are being SHAFTED!!!!!!. There was once ( broken since at least Oct 2017) a computer system for checking in. The poor people have to do in manually, therefore no one can answer the phone. it should not take 12 minutes to get to the, please press 1 for...... section, before another 15 minute wait to have the phone answered. Last time i called i sat and waited, then listened to the standard blurb, as well as opening times, before being told you were shut, well, not according to the message id just heard. All this does is annoy people, so the staff get it in the ear. It makes people late for appointments as they cant check in and find out where they need to be, knocking all following appointments back. For such a cheap and easy fix this can only be down to extremely tight management. (even though staffing cost will be hugely more expensive then the cost of fixing the system) or lazyness. | ||||||
