I have been with the Balmoral Surgery for over 20 years and i have no complaints whatsoever, in fact the doctors have been brilliant in sorting my heath issue out, I find also that the receptionists have been exceeding polite and helpful. | ||||||

I have been a patient at Balmoral surgery for over a decade & they have always been fantastic care providers till Covid and now it’s almost impossible to see a Dr , the receptionists mainly have a terrible attitude and treat you as an inconvenience I am elderly (77) and have never felt so worried about the health care available . Today a receptionist called me and I had a missed call from Dr Absari so I called back the receptionist said Dr Absari is no longer here so I said but he just called me ! She then said it was me and went on to query my repeat prescriptions and told me I had to request them two days before it not correct boots always request my repeat prescriptions and I understood one med is only allowed every 6 weeks I’ve had no problem like this before and am very upset as in the end I put the phone down on the women when are the receptionist going to stop behaving like they know more than the patient than the patient it’s terrible and something has to be done about it Linda warren Deal kent | ||||||
