Unable to get an appointment, E consults all divert you straight to see a pharmacist or 111 even when trying to book within the given times. Paid for a private ultrasound because of this but need to discuss with a GP before I can progress any further! A really neglectful service | ||||||

Tried to get appointment for 5 weeks but phone lines are shut. Econsult is shut. Went to the surgery in my wheelchair and the surgery was empty phones are ringing and receptionist sitting drinking coffee and looking at her smart phone. No Doctors actually on site I was told eventually by the receptionist. So why are they even open? £90k a year from the NHS for not working for the NHS that's why. Doctors are elsewhere in private surgeries. | ||||||
