A terrible place, the receptionists are arrogant and lazy never answer the phones. Do not do as requested by you, been waiting for something now. For over six weeks, when I was told it would only take two at the most. And each time I ask about it. They say we will do it now.They constantly let the surgery down, with the Holy than thou attitude , and act like they are the doctors and own the place | ||||||

Been a patient for since 2 surgeries merged and I hate it so many errors , the receptionists and prescribing team are nasty and think they are better than the actual Dr's. I had endless arguments with them and spoken to practice management to no avail they are now so stretched by taking on endless new patients the care you get is nothing short of shocking. | ||||||

First class service very helpful and friendly reception staff and all the clinical team are very professional and caring,we are very lucky to have this practice, which has offered a high level of service all the way through the pandemic | ||||||
