Have been to the surgery booked In for an appointment. Waiting over 45 minutes and 4 people who come in after me where seen to by the doctor I was meant to
See before me. When spoke to reception they said this is because it's different doctors and the doctor is running behind. The excuse of them being different doctors was wrong as it says on the board the patients name then the doctors and it's the same doctor as I am meant to be seeing. Why should we have to book appointments if they never run to it and make excuses. | ||||||
