I popped in to Collington surgery this morning to have a tetanus jab after sticking a crow bar into my foot (accidentally). Not being totally convinced that my foot wasn’t broken, I asked for some professional opinions. They could not have been more helpful. The jab nurse was very kind and had good information. Luckily for me a paramedic came through the doors and took a look for me too. The receptionists offered advice on the best way forward. All of this was above and beyond their call of duty and all done with a smile on their faces. 10/10 |

Impossible to get an appointment, 3 weeks to wait on the online system and phone calls are completely pointless if you work as you can no longer just book an appointment but have to now wait for a doctor to phone you which is extremely inconvenient or impossible if you are at work. This is a system that encourages people to take time off work just so they can get an appointment with a doctor!! how ridiculous is that!! I am in a lot of pain but am not willing to take time off work just to get an appointment especially as the last time I ended up having lots of blood tests and still nobody bothered to try to find the underlying cause. |

Reception wrote on my medical letter 2 40pm when arrived at Collington surgery, was then told my appointment was 2 20pm even though they were at fault, grinning Receptionist doesn't help when you have wasted your petrol and your time to get to appointment on time and made out to be your fault!!! I have waited three weeks for this appointment Disgraceful service and incompetence staff. Appalling service |
