Nurses are brilliant, understanding and helpful. The only doctor is not, i suffer with mental health and was off work due to having a breakdown for her to tell me to 'man up' and go back to work, which only has caused more issues. She has put me on medication but when i try to explain it is not helping she just kept upping the dosage then told me i will be kept on them. My mental health is still bad, hate making appointments for Dr as it makes me really uncomfortable now, i have had literally no support from Dr and left to deal with it. | ||||||

To the team at South Saxon House Surgery, my wife and I are very lucky to have such a good and caring Doctor, not to forget the whole team at the surgery. Excellent care and service well done and thank you all we appreciate you very much. Mr and Mrs Keeping. | ||||||

Receptionists always appear to be rude and not listen to you. Every time I’ve ever had an appointment there’s been issues. Wrong medication, wrong doses, not the right information taken down even after repeatedly telling them where I need my medication sent etc. Very stressful GP practice unfortunately. I don’t go to the GP often, once/twice a year and I’ve been with this practice for 10 years. Each experience is worst than the last. I wish it was easier to change practice. I would never recommend. Rude receptionists and extremely unhelpful, verging on unsafe doctor. | ||||||
