It is the worst practice that can exist. Why do they have a telephone number if no one ever picks up the phone? One can stay on the line 50 minutes and nobody picks up the phone. I am curious for what are those ladies paid? Very unprofessional! | ||||||

Possibly the worst GP surgery EVER. The previous doctor on fulbourne road Dr Saluja was amazing however I can not say the same for anyone at this surgery. Staff are rude, unprofessional and hold zero compassion for people calling in with serious health issues. The receptionists act as if they are the doctors bodyguards and have to protect them at all costs. And there is always some issue or another with a GP being available and you get fobbed off to OUt of hour docs instead. Also no GP available on Mondays and 1 for the rest of the week which is pathetic. Will be changing to Dr Dhital on Wood Street. Good riddance to these so called doctors who have ruined my health instead of making it any better | ||||||

I would like to put on record the wonderful treatment and kindness I have received from this surgery and the chemist next door. My daughter is mentally and physically ill and I am living in Chadwell Heath so cannot always get to the surgery. However whenever I ring to email I get good advice and help.
