We joined this practice when we moved to the area in 2019 and cannot praise both the admin and medical staff enough. Receptionists are always polite and helpful and doctors take time to listen to us. Both my husband and I are very grateful for the care afforded to us by the practice. Keep up the good work. | ||||||

This place is the worse surgery I’ve ever been with!
Call at 8am takes 45 minutes to get through only to be told my 12 week old baby can’t be seen & to try again tommorow! Babies can deteriorate very quickly so to suggest leaving them another 24hrs is a joke! When challenged the rude staff members suggest you take the baby to A&E which seems silly & a complete waste of the Already busy A&E departments time & a waste of money to the NHS if it’s something a gp or Nurse can quickly see them about. This has happened on more than one occasion | ||||||

I Have been with this practice since moving to the area 7 years ago. Nice friendly atmosphere. Receptionists always helpful and obliging. I have a number of chronic health issues and am more than happy with the care I receive. All NHS workers are doing their very best despite the difficulties they are facing. Thank you Cromwell Medical Centre, keep up the good work. | ||||||
