The doctor who owns this practice is rude on the phone and will not see me or any member of my family face to face. On asking advice on a certain topic after my mother had a fall the doctor who actually owns this survey said 'how am I supposed to know'!! This is an absolute outrage and the practice is being led by an uncaring cruel individual. Her staff are not much better. Rude uncaring and unprofessional. |

To book an appointment usually take 2 weeks. Then I have to wait 45 mins to be seen without any apologies for 10 mins only. When I had one more questions for some problems i had for over past 3 weeks she told to book another appointment because my 10 mins already passed.When i mentioned i had to wait 45 mins without complaining, I get the attitude and answer: "because people like coming here and spend more than 10 mins you had to wait 45 mins" in a very rude manner. Really looking forward to move to another practice. been seen by one particular doctor, which I guess clearly doesn't care much since she's moving to antoher surgery, |
