After 3 visits I have wriiten this review. The regular doctors just arent taking the time in consultations. I timed my last 3 visits and they average to 3 mins each. I have booked to see them for 10 mins and I get 3 mins. I dont understand what is happening.By the time I sit down and start talking, I am cut off and by doctors over powering the conversations and sent away. Not happy. | ||||||

Extremely unhappy with this practice. I’m fairly new to it but it’s very unhelpful, ignorant, and unprofessional. I’ve had to send friends/family physically to the surgery so that I can speak to reception on my friends/ family's Mobile phones.
Their attitude and behaviour is no where near as helpful as a doctors surgery should be. Sometimes, we have issues that require fairly urgent action but they make you wait for weeks for the appointment and keep saying f”fill the form” it’s a process. They show no compassion and not one apology for being so inconsiderate.
I’ve never been treated as rudely as I have been at this practice. Do not join. | ||||||

I have been to this doctor on two occasions, she treated me with total disregard and even laughed at me when I told her about something I was dealing with.
She really did not care whether she helped me or not.
The appointments are never on time, you always have to wait long after your appointment time.
All of our time is important to us. When I go to see her, she try’s rushing me out, before I have even had time to talk.
I am not impressed with how disrespectful she is towards her patients. | ||||||
