I am disgusted the service I was told by paramedics to book a emergency appointment regarding my swelling in feet and ankles. I was told by reception there is a doctor on holiday and can I call back following week. I also have wrong medication I I really should complain to CQC I just don't have the strength and Just let it go because it only affects me | ||||||

Reception staff have no clue what they are doing or saying to patients. They are also unable to resolve the most basic issues. Every single time they say the practice manager will call, they never do. When yiu try to ask for the manager, never available! Total shambles and they should be banned from practicing. | ||||||
