Googled the Surgery times, said open untoil 6.30, called, had to hang on in queue, and when you get through, the phone keeps ringing, 6pm either didnt want to answer as it was Friday or it was POETS day and they had all gone home. A really caring surgery. Bring back Doctor Ghosh, a marvel, dont make them like that any more. This practice has now got a dont give a damn attitude, patients are a pain in the backside, but dont realise without us they wouldnt have a job. | ||||||

Absolutely awful practice Used to be so good but since covid the system they use is awful. Can’t get to see a doctor , reception staff very rude and un helpful. If you go in you just get told to call or go online . Doesn’t seem to be many patients waiting , what are the doctors doing all day . Thought that they worked for the nhs . Surely they should have to see patients and run like a normal doctor surgery should . Shocking practice . | ||||||

Never answer the phone, receptionist are rude, and unhelpful. The online booking system only works if you online at 08.00. Rubbish. Doctors are OK if you can get an appointment. | ||||||
