I always find it so difficult to book an appointment and find the system so backwards. I don't understand why they can't have a better process. I called at 7:59am this morning to book an appointment for my son but the machine said it was closed. Called the second it turned 8am and I joined the queue at number 10. 25 mins later and I am number 9. This is crazy and something I think shouldn't be the case. I know full well when I finally reach number 1 in the queue I will have to join another queue for an appointment. To expect people to take over an hour out of their day to secure an appointment is just ridiculous in my opinion. | ||||||

Awful customer service from the practice manager Caroline Cook. Lack of sympathy and respect. Needs to learn the basics of customer service/how to be professional. If the practice manager is rude, what hope is there for the rest of the staff with the example she sets? | ||||||

I have not long registered at this surgery and I'm so glad that I have. There was a choice of 3 very close to each other but on arrival at this surgery I immediately felt welcome, warm friendly reception staff and amazing doctors and nurses. I was offered an appointment the very day I registered and when I couldn't make this one I was offered the next day. Wish I had moved doctors sooner! | ||||||
