Brickbridge House

Brickbridge House supports adults with learning disabilities of all ages. We are a six place residential home with rooms suitable for wheelchair users. We support people with a wide range of disabilities, autism andepilepsy and work closely with local authorities, CCGs, families of our service users and other healthcare professionals, always ensuring that the people we support have their needs met to the highest of standards.

At Brickbridge we enable individuals to live as independently as possible within the community and we believe this provides the pathway tools for individuals to live in a more independent setting in the future. Our person centred approach plans are developed in partnership with the people we support and others who are important to them. Each plan is designed to support an individual&s personal choices and aspirations and focuses on what is needed to make that happen.

All support is provided with an emphasis on enablement and empowerment to address behavioural interventions in order to optimise communications. Our service users all have individual, tailor made care packages which form their care plan to best support each individual to achieve their potential focusing on building positive outcomes for everyone.
