Terrible service always . Cues are disgraceful Staff ignore you in the waiting line, rude when they do serve you . Barley any communication Was advised today to wait 20 minutes for a prescription urgently needed . To then be called and told not in stock will have to visit tomorrow . Think this pharmacy should consider closing as been like this for the last year and only getting worse . Disrespectful to peoples needs.

Long queues always, up to 40 minutes, to wait for prescriptions. In the case of a repeat prescription I have been waiting for a week in spite of interventions in the store with staff and I can't phone to check that my prescription is now available as the phone is never answered. So I will now have to go back, yet again, and queue, and my prescription may not even be ready. I am 82 years old! This is unbelieveable for goodness sake get your act together.

One assistant working and long queue as always. Hoped to drop off prescription but was rudely told to wait in queue despite going to drop off. Had hoped it could popped in basket but was told very loudly and forcefully to stand in queue twice. Not good enough. I have a choice and will never be back.
