I never came across a pharmacy so difficult to communicate with. It's almost impossible to get an answer from the phone. It normally rings for ages and is then taken off the hook. Otherwise it seems permanently engaged. Then you order your prescription when you finally get an answer (after a couple of days) they tell you it will be ready in an hour, or sometimes it won't be ready until the evening. Then I leave it till the next day to collect it to make sure it's ready. More often than not it's not ready and they ask if you can you come in an hour. The staff are constantly changing. I wonder why. I often have seen people come in shouting about their prescriptions. I actually have to go elsewhere because I can't hang around for an hour at a time because the prescription I've been told will be ready isn't. It's too stressful.
