The pharmacist at this pharmacy at 296 Cavendish Road, Balham were superb last week and this week. I had a query about a COVID-19 test that I was struggling with. They took it on board to help me, sorted out the test for me and treated me with professionalism, care and unbelieveable kindness. Incidentally, whilst I was in this pharmacist, and was praising them, other socially distanced customers agreed, they were the best and also had nothing but praise for the staff. Thank you Nasir, Sophie, Essra and the other staff. | ||||||
