The pharmacist and all of his staff cannot differentiate service received by any of the staff as all are extremely good. My medication which is ordered is invariably ready for collection on dates specified. Indeed on the odd occasion when I have been unable to collect it, the Pharmacist has delivered it to my door. Staff are always friendly on my visits to the pharmacy and even when very busy acknowledge my presence.

I recently had need to see a doctor. I telephoned the medical centre at 8-10am and was number 30 in the queue. However I only waited 10min to speak to a receptionist. I was offered an appointment for that day and given a choice of two doctors. Talking to friends none of them get this service from their Practice. Well done Tower Hill Medical Centre.

I’ve yet to find a better pharmacy, great medical advice from the pharmacist. The front line staff are excellent, nothing is too much trouble no matter how busy they are, especially Ann so keen to help in every way she can. We are all going through difficult times with Covid-19. Well done ??
