I went to Jhoots pharmacy for 24 hour blood pressure monitoring - the pharmacist and staff were very helpful in ensuring the monitoring device was fit properly with advice. On return, they provided a quick turnaround of the results - really helped the consultation with my doctor. I would recommend all over 50 year olds have their BP monitored over 24 hours and the service from Jhoots pharmacy was friendly and supportive. | ||||||

This pharmacist staff is very rude and has a disgusting attitude problem since the young lady haven't been seen.
Repeat prescription medication have not been done on time and i was given other patients medication. I was served by a young boy who didn't have a clue about anything.
Normally when i collect medications, a lovely nice young lady always greets me with a big smile she has been at the pharmacy for more than 5yrs, from when Jhoots had taken over Lloyds, I haven't seen her for more than 4 months.
She was running the pharmacy so smoothly ran and organised.
She knows all her patients very well and always confirms my name and address when I used to pick up my medication.
I pick up my regular medications every month, ever since the young lady hasn't been there the service has been very unorganized, disgraceful and appalling.
I have recommended alot of my friends to this pharmacy because I was getting wonderful and outstanding service, and was always given very good and useful advice by the young lady.
I will not be using this pharmacy ever again and will tell everyone I recommended to go elsewhere.
Jhoot Pharmacy should be ashamed of yourselves as your pharmacist staff can't run this pharmacy properly at all without the young lady. Lately I have to wait for my prescription while they search for it and is never ready on time. I have to wait while it is done although they give out what day to collect it.
The nice lady who recently worked there hasn’t been there lately, and the staff keep changing all the time. She always asked questions whenever I wanted to buy medicine and gave advice which was good. She obviously knew her job, the younger staff just sell the medicine without asking questions.
