My mother has recently been in and out of hospital and I have had to take her dosette box back to the pharmacy a number of times. The staff have always been welcoming and never got tired or showed any frustration when my mothers dosette had to be altered on a number of occasions in a short period of time. The pharmacist was very friendly, she showed great concern about my mothers situation and was very reassuring. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They speak many south asian languages so its always easy for my mum to go in without me too and be able to communicate!
