Good pharmacist. Works well with my Doctor - been using them about 4 years and they have never messed up or lost a prescription (unlike other pharmacists in the area I have used). Generally very helpful. Gave 4 stars not 5 stars as one of the slightly older ladies always seems a little 'brusk' as if she is expecting every customer to be a 'difficult one' and assumes a rather 'steely nature'. I don't know if that's because most customers are that way, or if it's just her natural way of being, but it can be a little off-putting. Rest of staff I've met are fab.

My husband and I have recently started using Whitkirk Pharmacy as we were extremely dissatisfied with our previous one. The difference is unbelievable!!!! The staff are all friendly and helpful and the service is quick and efficient. I can’t believe it took us so long to discover such a great chemist!

My parents have used this pharmacy for many years. The service has always been excellent. I went to collect a prescription that would normally be delivered. It was late in the day and was antibiotics my father needed quickly. When I arrived, I was told the prescription was in the middle of about 200 just printed off. Expected wait time 15mins. They found it and dispensed it within 5 mins. Also told me it would have been delivered that day if not collected as was ‘an acute’ I think. Just a great pharmacy and friendly staff. 5/5
