What a dire service! Staff always too busy chatting amongst themselves or with friends to help you. Such a poor service. I was given an incorrect prescription last week, it wasn't even for. me. I didn't realise until I got home and had to go back and wait 30 minutes for them to sort oyt.

For quite some time I had just turned up monthly to collect my medication, then suddenly I was told that I wasn't on the system for repeats. When I asked what had changed, I was told I never had been and was then called a liar by the very rude Pharmacist. There was then sadly a 10 day delay trying to speak to the Prescription Clerk at my GP's, who confirmed I should be able to collect the repeat from the pharmacist and that had been available on the day I had been in! When I went back to the Pharmacist, despite having my medication, when I complained about the delay to my important medication, she was again rude and refused to accept any responsibility. I had avoided using online pharmacy's because I feel it is important to support local business where possible, however I will no longer be using Meopham Pharmacy.
