I have been about six times over this last year, never have any children’s antibiotics in stock. Went today with a private prescription which specifically states any pharmacy can action and was very rudely told they would not be helping me! Wouldn’t even look at the prescription. Do not waste your time going even with an NHS prescription as they are never able to help!

No cash payments for NHS prescriptions as the NHS don't pay their bank charges ??

went to this pharmacy to collect prescription for covid-19 when I got there I was told that I could not pay contactless all I could do was pay cash so then had to go into the shop next door door to use their cash machine because all the money goes to the NHS and they are changed. I would like to have thought that a pharmacy would lead by example and not by scrimping a few measly pence just shows you profit before people. And her final comment was if you don't want to pay cash you can go to another pharmacy. this pharmacy is only quarter of a mile from my house and got to keep travel to a minimum somebody should explain the rules to this pharmacy.
