Rang a few places regarding a fit to fly pcr test, decided to go with pearl chemist . My experience was amazing . I was stressed enough as it was thinking I may end up testing positive and wouldn’t be able to go away but the lady who served me was amazing , so reassuring and also talked and sat with me until I had completed my test . I must have done her head in with the questions but she was so patient and reassuring . She even requested for me to get the results asap. Got a courtesy phone call from a gentleman who told me that I should have received the email as he knew how anxious I was : he didn’t have to call me but he went out his way to do so: Honestly the best experience I have ever had .

Great service and attention to detail. The pharmacist went the extra mile finding another pharmacy within the area who stocked the antibiotic eye drops I needed as their suppliers did not have any in stock. I needed these eye drops to treat a serious infected eye ulcer and the pharmacist was mindful of this. This is the kind of service that makes all the difference to patient experience where your needs are acknowledged. I'd like to thank the pharmacist who served my husband and helped him get hold of these antibiotic eye drops.

I have a number of medications from this pharmacy each month. They deliver my medications to the house. I find the staff so helpful they are always willing to give advice. I feel that they treat me as an individual which is so nice when you think of the number of patients/ customers that they have. Lovely, lovely people and great service.
