I have another pharmacy nearer me but I choose this pharmacy because my GP is there and staff in this pharmacy are really Good.But Y'day evening I had a terrible experience when collecting my prescription - There wasnt any pharmacists available and staff were struggling to deal with customers . They told me to come back next day morning which was inconvenient for me due to lots of reasons ;Im vulnerable and in this current situations I dont want to be out there much. I had similar issue in the past as well. I would suggest management should look in to this seriously.
