As a woman in my sixties I have no idea how to apply and use makeup properly. I have always relied on beautician’s helping me when going to weddings and special events. The Clarins beautician Anna was encouraging and knowledgeable of the products I needed to use, her makeup advice and makeover was exceptional. I went off to the party looking fabulous thank you Anna. What a wonderful service offered by Claris at Day Lewis. My only complaint would be the interruption by other staff to hurry the makeover which made me feel uncomfortable.

No complaints about service, patient interaction, advice etc. - all very good. But whilst waiting for my prescription I overheard the staff bickering among themselves and talking negatively about another member of staff not present. This is unprofessional and undermines patient confidence that the staff are fully focussed on patient care.
