Stock levels are ridiculous. Stock availability need I say more? Long queue’s!

Been in FM nearly a year. Had v polite and lovely regular service from all staff until today! I won't go into details for brevity (although I can if asked). Had a bit of a shock today from the Pharmacist. Very abrupt, uncaring and probably unprofessional service from this individual, sad :(

I can imagine the team are working extra hard at the moment but whenever I collect my medication the staff are always smiling and happy. Its lovely to be greeted by such a warm atmosphere. I'm always served or acknowledged as soon as I walk in. Such a brilliant service, thank you! Keep up the good work!
