I have my repeat prescription and my family's too,sent directly from the surgery which is great. However there has always been a wait at the counter and it would be helpful to have a bell or something as the staff always seem to be sitting out of sight in the back and it's difficult to attract their attention. Invariably then a queue develops and sometimes the pharmacist is alone and then just leaves people waiting without acknowledgement. I lead a busy life and choose the pharmacy as I shop there and all I want to do is pick up my prescription swiftly without waiting.

I have been getting my medication from Tesco Pharmacy for over 8 years, and I am also happy to go in and fetch them every month as I am always greeted by a friendly smiling face.. I have gone to many pharmacies in the past and have to say that this pharmacy is the best of them all. All the staff there are always so helpful, and will go the extra mile to make sure that you are happy .. Keep Up the good work guys. From the Crazy South African Lady

I have never been to a pharmacy where the staff are so friendly and efficient. They perform their duties with care and consideration. I have been a regular customer there for some months but I was still surprised when the staff greeted me by name! If there are concerns about interaction between medication they discus this with you pointing out the issues and ensure that any such concerns have been addressed or discussed by the doctor. They have very rarely failed to fill a prescription from stock and even on those rare occasions have always been able to provide enough for a couple of days with the remainder being ready for collection the next day. They have a private room for consultations if and when needed. | ||||||
