Was using Townsend chemist for many many years I was told to move to a nearer chemist to where I live I tried for 2 years not one came close to the service I got from Townsend so I’ve moved back and I’m so happy ??

I use this pharmacy regularly for my own and my family's prescriptions. It is absolutely the best I've used. The service is very personal and caring,advice is comprehensive and incredibly helpful. Because the atmosphere from the staff is so welcoming when there are three or four people waiting no one gets ratty they just all join in the general conversation or start up their own,it can feel like a social event! That being said there is an area where you can go for complete privacy if required. All the staff are delightful,caring and helpful. I would not go anywhere else.
