    Very poor! Not enough staff, no systems! Disgrace! Feel sorry for the staff! Working in such a shambles!

    The pharmacy is so rude, discuss your medication across the store. Very deference when you pull her up on it, to the point she mentions it 12 months later when you go back into boots. Even when your walking away from her, so is still having a go at you.

    0rdered testing kit this morning. QR code supplied.... Relative went to collect... Was told they didn't have any test kits on site, what a wasted journey. How can you advise you have kits, when you don't. Shambles
