I left cohens chemist in floods of tears as very abrupt member of staff who had absolutely no empathy for the customer. I was in the chemist to collect a prescription, I asked a question about the medication because of my allergies and you would of thought I’d asked for the impossible, a simple yes or no would of been ok, I left feeling very sad and upset. It doesn’t cost anything to be kind to people. I feel I can not go into cohens every again. | ||||||

I have always found Cohens to be excellent. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and work on a personal level with their customers. There is always easy access to the Responsible Pharmacist when needed. The new shop is spacious and airy with plenty of space for a wheelchair or mobility scooter, it's just a shame that there is a big step to get in and no ramp for access from the outside. That's my only complaint though! Oh maybe staying open a little longer on a Saturday would be good too. I was going away for the weekend and needed some medication at the last minute. The Pharmacy offered to order it in for the afternoon. I was able to pick my medication up and travel to my destination. Fantastic customer service. Thank you. | ||||||
