One good pharmacist but mostly pretty awful. I went in to collect 4 prescriptions several months ago and the staff member wouldn't let me have my medicine unless I sat with them and had a review. As far as I am concerned my medication is a matter between my doctor and myself. The staff member had no right to withhold my medication to force me to undertake their review. On several occasions they haven't had the necessary medications in stock, it is very difficult to get through to speak to a pharmacist on the phone, you just get cut off. There are a number of very good pharmacies in Trowbridge, this one is certainly not worth the inconvenience of its location to waste time visiting to find out they don't have what you need anyway. The midnight pharmacy when I last visited had to be telephoned because the Doorbell didn't work. After all that the medicine was out of stock. Save your self hassle and go somewhere else.
