Customer service is not good at all, they don’t treat you like a customer .Can be very rude as well , 3 years ago this was a lovely chemist , and had great customer service , but don’t seem to care now , what went wrong , it’s a shame . | ||||||

I have found Paydens Pharmacy to be excellent; medicines are almost always in stock and on the rare occasions that they are not Paydens contact me as soon as they have come in. Prescriptions are ready for collection when they have said they will be. Staff are polite and knowledgeable and waiting time to be served are short. All the above are in stark contrast to my experience of three Boots phamacies. So, 5/5 for Paydens and 0/5 for Boots. | ||||||

Well I must say I have received a first class service from this Chemist. Gone are the days of waiting for ages to collect a prescriptions that should have ready. Every time i have been in of late the prescription has always been ready and the queues have gone. Excellent, well done. Long may it last. | ||||||
