I think this pharmacy runs on locum staff who appear unfamiliar with dispensing a prescription. Some act as though they’ve never seen one before! They all work at a painfully slow pace resulting in a long queue of disgruntled people. Why? Generally the deterioration in this branch is astounding. It used to be good but now appears to be breaking down, with poor stock, and very few staff, who must find it demoralising.

I am entitled to their free home delivery service. The process is Call 1 week after they have received the prestription, it can take a couple of days before someone answers the phone. Then wait and hope. Now been waiting 2 weeks since the prescription was sent to them, still no sign of delivery and still no one will answer the phone. Avoid them like the plague!
