Really unhappy last week sent Hubby to get a tube of ZOVIRAX for my coldsore which returns yearly. Hubby asked pharmacist for ZOVIRAX on returning home he handed a tube of Tescos on make . I knew it wouldnt work as tried lots of other cheaper products in the past,it was a week before i could get to the store again to purchase what i had wanted in first place,i used their brand for that week with no avail, two days on Zovirax its now almost gone. How dare they give the incorrect item without even saying wasting our time my money and keeping me indoors as too embarrassed to face people. | ||||||

Excellent service and high level of co-operation. Late opening a bonus due to work commitments. A little slow answering the telephone but not a problem as the care and politeness far exceeded any waiting time. | ||||||

When I visited there was nobody in front of me yet I waited to be served then I was given a waiting time of ten minutes for one antibiotic suspension. I went back after twenty minutes and it was ready within a few minutes. I asked for a syringe and was told “sorry it comes with a spoon”! My daughter is one! I’m a pharmacy technician, very few antibiotics come with syringes but we give them to anyone who needs them. Felt this was a very stingey move from Tesco?! | ||||||
