Never Never ready they can have your prescription for 2 weeks and its still not done Then you have to wait 30/50mins to get it. Sometimes i have to go back following day The counter staff are pleasant but the service is just bad. They need to sort this mess out its not how a pharmacy should be run.

Consistently need to wait for an hour to pick up a prescription sent a week ago. Doesn't open evening or weekend. Counter staff very pleasant, but really, how long does it take topur tablets in a bag. Average time for people in the queue is 50 mins, but some take a lot longer. Often 4 people in the back, not clear there is any effective process as there seem to be a lot of queries and interruptions.

Consistently fail to have prescriptions ready after 2 weeks or more, communication terrible, attitude awful, bereft of basic competencies and blame everything on being short staffed. Also bring the shutters down 15 mins before closing time, especially poor when they work only office hours, not evenings or weekends. Ignore customers waiting and seem disinterested in the extreme. Avoid.
