I visited boots today to purchase one item. I unfortunately experienced really bad customer service today and was left waiting for more than 10 minutes to purchase one item. As a customer i felt ignored and received no acknowledgement from staff. There was 3 staff members on duty at the time and not one of them offered to serve me. I feel very disappointed
