Absolutely shocking, find another pharmacy with better customer skills.. the old bloke behind the counter needs sacking |

Avoid or at least check your meds before leaving so many safeguarding issues especially for the vulnerable who use blister packs missing meds, meds not dosed correctly in blister packs I get that we as humans do error but staff refuse to accept responsibility and when pointed out turn it back on the customer resulting in vulnerable people left without their medication that said have had pleasant dealings with weekend staff Reply from Lloydspharmacy Mon, 01 Jul 2019 11:22:41 +0100 Hi Cheryl Thank you for taking the time to post your review. I have used this pharmacy a couple of times to get prescriptions filled. Both times I was asked if I was waiting or coming back later, I said I would come back and then I was asked what time. I replied with after work and gave a time 6 to 7 hours later. The first time I arrived around 30 mins after I had given them, the medicines weren't ready and was told they needed checking so I waited for approx 40 mins for them to check the prescription. The second time I arrived aound 90 mins after the time I gave them got the same story. Really, 90 mins late and it still wasn't ready. Our usual pharmacy takes 30 to 40 mins to dispense a prescription. I believe they don't bother getting them ready until you actually turn up. These incidents were 6 months apart. I cannot recommend this pharmacy. The are alternaltives nearby, do yourself a favour and use them.
