Rude loud patronising attitude from female pharmacist. No need for it when questioning what to do after not receiving medication for two weeks with no communication as they don’t answer the phone. Shocking attitude . Loudly telling everyone in the queue what medication I was on

First time I used them today and it will be the last I didn't know they would send a txt left it 3 hours before I went to get it ..but clearly that wasent long enough ! It's also not very professional to be moaning when people are sat waiting for medication.. Glad to get out of there!

My prescription was put in. On 13th June, my medication was due on 17th June, never a text, decided to Ring on 23rd June, no response, I rang 10 times on 23rd June always the same recorded message, to busy to answer, the previous pharmacy was far superior (broadburns), every time you take a prescription in now you don't no when you will receive it,. Absolutely shocking.
