Excellent pharmacy lovely staff, they have so much to deal with, as so many things are a manufacturing issue, but staff will go above and beyond to help find alternative. With all problems in pharmacies we are very lucky to have them!

Prescription sent to Rowlands. I then pick it up and was told that they owed me one month's worth of tablets.
Me and a family member have been going in weekly to be told manufacturing issue.
Was promised arrival of medication each following week.
Desperate for medication with days left at home phoned Rowlands and was told they would phone around different branches and try source medication phone back tomorrow.
24 hours later pop into pharmacy to be told too busy not had time to even bother.
Extremely disappointed, no customer care.
Future prescriptions not being sent to Rowlands after years of loyalty. Original Comment Report...

Attended one day, ignored by one member of staff, then told prescription not ready, I was unable to wait the 10 mins advised said I would return next day. Queued for 15 mins following day to be told prescription still not filled. One of the staff serving patients chewing gum the whole time I was waiting. Not very professional!
