    not for the first time it took longer to enter the pharmacy and get my prescription than to drive the 5 miles to the pharmacy

    Poor service today. Had ordered a repeat prescription via the Market Lavington surgery website which told me it would be ready to collect today. On arrival, I was rather tersely told it was not ready and asked if I had received a text to tell me it was ready. This was a completely new step in the process to me that no-one had told me about in advance, so I had a completely wasted 30 minute round trip to no purpose. I do not think this is an acceptable level of service.

    Every visit to this store is greeted my friendly and very helpful staff always happy to assist For a small village we are lucky to have this facility and is greatly appreciated. .
