I called in to collect a prescription and I could not believe how the male pharmacist spoke to the young girl serving me. He used foul language and was very very unprofessional applying that she could not do her job. I was so concerned for the young assistant I asked her if she was OK. She obviously wasn’t OK even though she did say she was.Her eyes were full of tears but she still smiled and was pleasant. She showed her professionalism much more than her manager. I was so upset I wanted to get in touch with this pharmacy’s head office but could not find an address. This could be classed as a form of bullying and I am disgusted with what had happened with what I saw and heard.
