Due to an error entirely on my part, I realised I would run out of one of my Diabetes tablets on a Monday afternoon. I immediately reordered via my doctor's online prescription service (late Sunday afternoon) leaving a note that I needed the prescription filling ASAP (but knowing historically that the note would make no difference). I visited Weldricks (my first choice of pharmacy, of many in my area) first thing on Monday hoping they may be able to "sub" me some tablets until my scrip came through. To find out that they could not, was a disappointment which was relieved immediately by the staff offering to chase up the order for me (at the doctor's) and then offering to ring me later that afternoon to keep me updated. Not only did they do what they had offered but they managed to obtain the scrip and fill it all by late afternoon. I collected my medication just before they closed. I would recommend without hesitation, this branch of Weldricks and the staff, who have a much needed but less often seen these days, attitude of service that is refreshing in this age of "me first". Well done guys and thanks again.

I feel I should say something positive about this pharmacy and the people working in it as a way to say thank you! I was treated with respect, confidentiality, trust and understanding. No stigma attached or attitude. I can't thank them enough for the times that they agreed to deliver my pills to me on their way home when I was not able to do it myself. Thank you.
