Disgusting service blamed the dr for not sending the prescription when they hadn't even requested it. Had to ring 111 for grandsons prescription then he had to pay nearly £10 for 1 weeks supply and another another when he gets his 1 months prescription. Moved from there now !!!

Anything but friendly, anything but helpful. Very bad communication, not only between the workers and the customers but among the workers themselves. I called to ask about my prescription and they told me to come and collect all medications. Then, arriving there, they were confused, took more than 10 minutes to discuss whether they should give it to me or not. Finally, they told me they don't have the right dose and can't give the alternative to me which they gave me for the last 5-6 months because of a shortage and although I saw them holding it in the hand. Instead of at least giving me the prescription and tel me to ask in other pharmacies, they just told me to call 111. This ended in not getting a life saving medication for two days.

BEWARE!!!! of this pharmacy trouble with prescriptions. an repeat prescriptions. trouble with service. an attitude on/off the phone from the main man. disgusting behaviour to my moms district nurses for my mom’s morphine medication. these people have not long took this pharmacist over . i will be changing to another pharmacist soon as possible. ??????
