Unfortunately times have changed and recently I seem to have a lot of trouble to get my prescription medicines from Lloyds pharmacy on the Hagley Rd in Oldbury, Birmingham. Either they cannot find my prescription on the main computer system. So I am having to go back to the doctor and get in touch with Lloyds direct and they might be sending me a reference no. for my script and I have to return to Lloyds pharmacy and ask them if they can find the prescription. This is never straight forward and involves more waiting. I will definitely try another chemist.
