I use this pharmacy regularly and have always found the staff knowledgeable, helpful, professional and cheerful. Last visit, they really delivered outstanding service. My recently bereaved mother was visiting from Scotland and had forgotten her eye drops causing her considerable anxiety. Not only did they give great advice over the phone, advising what she needed to do, but they were kind and sympathetic. On their advice she managed to get a copy of her repeat prescription sent to her email address. They then checked before we arrived that they had them in stock. Within an hour of the initial call, my mum was in possession of her prescription. I cannot rate these lovely people highly enough.
