You can never get though on the phone always engaged. Don’t let you know they can’t get your medication if they have run out, having home delivery it just doesn’t turn up. So you run out of your meds so you have to try and phone and of course it’s engaged all the time again, so it’s a big worry and then you phone the doctor. It’s a very poor service.
