They are unprofessional and pharmacy running with kids who don’t know how to talk with peoples. They asked me that if u don’t like our service can change the pharmacy. WTH | ||||||

I popped in to fill a prescription the other evening.
I was greeted with a big smile from the assistant as if I was an old friend!
The lovely assistant then told me that I could actually buy the items on my prescription over the counter and that they would cost less than the prescription charge.
How nice to be told this as you assume your Dr is looking out for you in this respect as well as looking after your health needs.
I came out of there happy on two counts - one because of the financial saving but also because of the smile that greeted me and stayed with me and I found I was smiling as I walked home.

Took my repeat prescription order last Wednesday and promised it will ready for collection on Tuesday due to Monday being bank holiday. Fair enough went Tuesday, informed its not ready your GP has not processed it. I'm told to speak to them but they are always close as I work full time. My understanding was the pharmacy was there to help people like me who works and can not always get to GP. Why take my order form and not deliver my medication. No phone call or apologies. Really disappointed! | ||||||
